The grand total of everything raised at the 6th Annual Iowa City Zombie March is: 
$968.41 raised for Red Shamrock Foundation, Iowa City Hospice Care and Table to Table! Table to Table also received 300lbs of food, too!

That being said, there still are quite a few shirts left over and are available for $15/each.

There are A lot of S & L sized shirts a few XL and 2 XXL and 1 XXXL.  They are available while supplies last.  Please contact me if you're interested.

Thank you all for coming out!   It was another successful year!  

The zombie banker I hired is still counting the money.... but we did collect over 300lbs of food for Table to Table!!  Amazing!  Last year was about 170.  If you didn't get a chance to pass off your food or wanted to donate (but forgot), they are located in Old Brick on Linn Street in Iowa City!

The FIFTH Annual Iowa City Zombie March

When? Sept. 18th, 2010 @ 5:00 PM. Show up as early as 3:00pm for make-up help!

Where? Happy Hollow Park (ending at the Deadwood in Downtown, Iowa City)

Who are we helping? We will be helping out several local charities that will be setting up at the beginning of the march. Be sure to bring food (human or animal) or cash donations!
We will also be doing something with flood relief as well for our main charity.

We here at ZombieMarch.org had an opportunity to sponsor an area youth T-ball team, which we jumped on.

Studies do show that youth involved in activities do better academically.   I would love to give our team the slogan “We’ve got brains!” because it would play right into the whole zombie theme.  None the less, we’re glad to be sponsoring.

Number 5 is just around the corner!  Can you believe it?

It will be held on Sept. 18th, 2010 @ 5:00 PM, starting at the usual place.   If you don’t know where that is, click on the 201o Iowa City Zombie March Link to the right, just below About Us

We have many repeat sponsors, but we are always looking for more.  I’m hoping we can break our record of $1,800 raised last year!!    Being a sponsor only costs $50 and you get a free 2010 zombie march t-shirt that will have your name/ business name on the back.  These are the same shirts sold to raise money for the main charity (charities) of the year.  This year is flood relief.    You will also get your name on our website and we’ll promote you at the march and let people know you helped out.

Lastly, because we have made it this far, we here at ZombieMarch.org are looking into actually becoming a non-profit.  So far, I’ve ordered a book to see what it all takes.   More to follow as things develop.
